University High School

Another beautiful day with 238 girls and 245 boys in their respective races. We had 4 University runners competing in the Brownsburg cross country regional last Saturday October 24. What a great event and a proud way for our season to come to a conclusion. We had great fan support from team runners, other ‘U’ sports teams as well as faculty from our school. The Trailblazers were represented well. Our kids performed wonderfully. Junior Raya Stennis was 21:19, Freshman Lily Roch was 21:36. Senior Kaia Barron ran 22:08 with this being her first year in cross country. Special shout out to Mario Buoscio. This young man ran in his 4th consecutive Regional. What an accomplishment! Way to go everyone on a great day and season for The ‘U’.
