The Trailblazers swam at the Eagle Invite in December, and many swimmers performed well!

Top 8 finishes came from the medley relay team of Keegan Priest, Austin Clark, Cordell Wilson, and Andrew Laramore (4th), Keegan Priest (100 fly- 4th; 100 back- 4th), the 400 free relay team of Keegan Priest, Andrew Laramore, Austin Clark and Cordell Wilson (5th), Austin Clark (100 breast), and Cordell Wilson (100 fly- 8th).

Points were also earned by Cordell Wilson (9th- 500 free), Andrew Laramore (10th- 100 breast, 12th- 200 IM), the relay team of Foster Wilson, Gordon Bradley, Charlie Dahle, and Colin Freeman (11th- 200 Free Relay, 13th- 400 Free Relay), Gordon Bradley (14th- 100 back), and Austin Clark (15th- 100 free).

It is also worth noting that Gordon Bradley came in 17th in the 200 free– just outside of the point zone.

We also had some solid best times!
Austin Clark went his best 50 breast split (33.76) and his best 100 breast time (1:14.58).
Gordon “Quick Arms” Bradley dropped another whole second in the 200 free (2:29.04). He also went another best 100 free relay split at the end of the meet (1:09.20, which is right on his best flat start time).
Mitchell Wray keeps on taking time off in his 50 free– he is now down to a 34.9.
Foster Wilson also grabbed some time off his 100 free– he now goes a 1:09.03. And this was despite having some goggle issues.
Colin Freeman had a very good final swim of the afternoon– he went a 1:12.53 on the relay. It is also worth noting that while Colin’s 200 free relay split of 33.76 was his fastest 50 free relay split, he actually took out his 100 free in the final relay with a 32.40…
Andrew Laramore got speedy in the 400 free relay and went a best split of 1:00.97.

We also had some green swims today– even for some of our veterans!
Foster Wilson also swam the 200 free for the first time and went 2:34.89! Mitch Wray finished the 100 back with a 2:06.69!

We return to racing at the PAAC meet at Ball State in January.
