  Place Points
University High School 10th 100

After most swimmers spent a week away from the pool to travel for their J-Term classes, the Trailblazers returned to competition at the Schools with No Pools Invitational hosted by Brebeuf at the IUPUI Natatorium.

The meet started by recognizing the seniors from every team in attendance. The seniors on the girls team are Caitlin Clark, Ella Eskenazi, Regan Hooker, Kylar Kavanaugh, Annie Klemsz, and Macy Paton.

With a huge group of swimmers, the boys and girls swam separately in the north and south pools.

There were eighteen teams at this meet this year, and of those, our girls came in 10th with an even 100 points. Top 16 places scored in every event.

We had scoring swims in the following individual events:
In the 200 free, Charlotte Kumler finished 6th (2:14.72) with a season-best time.
In the 200 IM, Regan Hooker finished 16th (2:46.97) while Kylar Kavanaugh dropped 7 seconds from her best time to come in 14th (2:43.36).

In the 500 free, Charlotte Kumler went another season-best to finish 3rd (6:00.23) while Audrey Priest finished 10th (6:42.57).
