Defense wins championships, but offense wins games. That was the case Friday night at Bethesda Christian High School. The Trailblazers shot lights out from the field hitting 63.4%. Their three-point percentage wasn’t much worse at 60%. Quinn Steiner got the start for Ethan Sickels, who had woken up with the flu, and didn’t disappoint. Quinn hit 8 for 11 3-pointers en route to 24 points. David Howard also hit 4 three-pointers and scored 18 points. The Trailblazers were up 12 at halftime, but the game still felt close, but it was a third-quarter 30-15 run that put things out of reach for Bethesda.
