Meet Recap

The University High School boys cross country team had a strong showing at the Landes Invitational in Arcadia today. The Trailblazers were led by senior Grant Syrek, who ran an 18:29 and finished 13th, and freshman Noah Laramore, who ran an 18:56 and finished 19th.

Senior Xavier Lance had a particularly excellent run at the meet today. He took more than 2:00 off his personal record, running a 21:46 and coming in 3rd for the Trailblazers. He’s had it in him all along, and he finally let his potential show!
