Meet Recap

University’s boys golf team concluded its season on Monday with a 9th place finish in the Zionsville Sectional. Arguably the toughest sectional in the state, University’s competition included Carmel, Westfield, and Zionsville in addition to other significantly larger schools. Despite this, University’s golfers were highly competitive, especially Thomas Tanselle with an 83 and Troy Belanger with an 84. University’s coaches would like to give special thanks to Troy and his fellow senior John Lawicki for sharing their last three months of high school with the rest of the team. Their coaches and teammates will miss them next year. Have a great summer!
